Shipping and Delivery Fees


Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and vary depending on the shipment size and delivery area. The total cost of shipping will appear to the customer before completing the order and payment.


In some cases, free shipping may be offered as part of special promotions or for orders exceeding a certain amount, which will be clearly stated before confirming the order and payment.




Delivery Time


  • Within Jeddah and Riyadh: 1–3 business days from the date the order is handed to the delivery company.
  • Other main cities: 2–7 business days from the date the order is handed to the delivery company.
  • Remote areas and villages: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on the location.


Please note that weekends, public holidays, and official vacations are not counted as working days in delivery time.


Delays:

In case of any unexpected shipping delay, you will be notified as soon as possible. We always work to ensure your order reaches you promptly.




Shipping Address Verification


Customers are required to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly and completely. Any delay or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address will be the customer’s responsibility.




Shipment Tracking


Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or app notifications. You can follow up on your shipment status directly with the courier company or through their official website.

The delivery company will contact you using the phone number you provided, and you must respond and coordinate with them to receive your order.




Changes in Shipping Information


If you wish to modify your shipping address, contact number, or delivery method after confirming your order, you must contact us before the shipping label (waybill) is created.

Once the shipping label has been issued, no changes can be made to the recipient information for any reason.




Delivery Issues


If you are unable to receive your shipment on time, or if delivery fails due to absence, incorrect address, or lack of response to the courier, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be required to pay an additional fee to reship your order.




Lost or Damaged Shipments


If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We will offer a suitable and satisfactory solution — either replacing the item, reshipping a new one, or refunding the amount — depending on your preferred option.
