We always ensure the highest quality of our products. If any damage or defect is found after receiving the item, it will be replaced in accordance with the terms and conditions — provided that it has not been washed with hot water or dried using high heat (100%).
Our products are made from premium-quality materials, primarily natural cotton and comfortable, durable fabrics. We carefully select every material to ensure exceptional comfort, quality, and elegance in every detail.

Wash in cold water and do not tumble dry. Avoid using bleach or a hot dryer. Iron on the reverse side using a low heat setting, and keep away from direct flame.
Exchange: Products may be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges. If the product has a defect or the wrong item was sent, we will replace it free of charge or provide appropriate compensation. Custom-made products or items manufactured according to the customer's specifications are not eligible for exchange. Returns: Products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
