Exchange Policy
- Without prejudice to the provisions of the statutory or contractual warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange a product purchased from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product.
- After this period, the product may no longer be exchanged.
- To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in good condition and unused.
- The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its condition.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs when requesting an exchange.
- For international exchanges, the customer bears the full shipping cost and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company.
- In the event of a defect or incorrect item, the customer will be compensated accordingly.
Exchange ExceptionsThe customer may not exchange a product in the following cases:
- If the product was custom-made or produced according to the customer’s specifications — unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
- If the product is a video tape, CD, DVD, or software that has been used.
- If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, or book.
- If the product has a defect resulting from misuse or mishandling by the customer.
- If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transport, or catering services.
- If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software or digital products.
Return Policy
